Warranty Terms and Return Conditions
The warranty periods of our products vary. Disposable materials are not covered by the warranty. The warranty period for each product is specified on the information sheet for that product.
The warranty liability of the seller is only valid for consumers who fall under the law numbered 4077. For commercial business, the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code will be valid.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within seven days without any justification and without penal terms. It is sufficient for the buyer to notify the seller of the notification that he has exercised his right of withdrawal in writing or with a continuous data carrier within this period. The right of withdrawal starts from the day the goods are delivered to the buyer. The cost of returning the returned product or products must be borne by the buyer.
If the buyer exercises his right of withdrawal, the seller will return the total amount received within ten days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice and any document that puts the consumer under debt, without any expense to the consumer, and will take back the goods within twenty days.
The decrease in the value of the delivered goods or the existence of a reason that makes it impossible to return does not prevent the exercise of the right of withdrawal. However, if the decrease in value or the impossibility of return is due to the consumer's fault, the seller must compensate the value or decrease in the value of the goods.
The general return period for each product received inadvertently is 7 days. During this period, the return of products that have been opened, used, destroyed and so on are not accepted. Returns must be made in original packaging.
In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use and other conditions are detected in the product and its packaging, and the product cannot be returned in the state it was delivered to the buyer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.
For product returns, the situation should first be communicated to customer service. The information about the return of the product is sent to the customer by the seller. After this meeting, the cargo company that delivers the product to the address of the buyer with the return form must deliver the product invoice to the seller. If the returned product that reaches the seller meets the conditions specified in this contract, it is considered as a return, and the refund is made to the credit card / account of the buyer. No refund will be made until the product is returned. Refunds made to credit cards are at the disposal of the relevant bank.
